By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
• Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or weather-related issues (for outdoor shoots).

3. Image Delivery and Use

• Edited images will be delivered within agreed upon timeframe of the session.
• Vianney Braun Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

4. Portfolio Use

• With your written or verbal consent, selected images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for excellence in every session, Vianney Braun Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, client lateness, equipment failure, etc.). Refunds or re-shoots are considered on a case-by-case basis.
